CASI is an organisation of fruit and vegetable producers made up of a large number of farmers from eastern Almería.
The group’s modern installations at La Cañada form the largest marketing outlet for the tomato, in all its different varieties, in southeast Spain.
The products that arrive at a CASI auction have been selected and classified beforehand by the farmers themselves, following standardisation criteria authorised by European markets.
